CCS: Underwater Glow

This is the first time I use paintool sai for colouring, and once more I attempted to work without a lineart, although last time I tried that, I regretted this. I am here to say that I regretted this again this time. Why didn't I just use a lineart? I do not know.

This took a very long time, because 1- I was playing with the tools instead of actually working and 2- I didn't dare start to colour this fucking dress. I am quite satisfied by the outcome, although I do think I could have done better... But in the end, I always end up trying too much needlessly...

By the way I seriously need to do something with my backgrounds, this is getting tiring...
